In Artane, North Dublin Jennifer and Quenton bought their 3 bed semi and paid nearly half a million for it, today it's worth €360,000. Having invested a lot of time and additional money in it, their kitchen is still not right. They have a small budget in order to knock through into the garage and make their kitchen bigger. It transforms into a striking open plan kitchen, living and dining area from what was an awkwardly dislocated kitchen.
