Block W, Eastpoint was a commercial undertaking that involved carrying out works to three floors each of approx. 740 sq.m. Work was carried out on a central reception area and involved carpeted raised access floors, voice and data cabling, suspended ceilings with lighting, air-conditioning, canteen facilities and tea stations. It was an undertaking that had an extremely tight budget and a very specific time scale to be completed within.
