Project Details

This was a project which currently express the current climate, finishing off an small housing estate consisting of 15 house, that have been left idle for over 2 yrs. In our time down we found that through no fault of our own not only did we have to complete the work we tendered for , also had to be aware that alot of local trades had lost money due to the previous builder and developer failing. 

This was a challenging project, which we are glad to say we finished on our target week and handed back the the Client, ACC Bank through the Receivers Mazar'a 

All grounds works had to be completed, including drainage and main water connections

All houses had to be plaster baorded and Skimmed 

7 of the houses had to be external plastered 

3 units had to be full kited with windows

All units had to receive bathrooms , kitchens, Carperts, Tiled floors.
